NEW YORK / LONDON, Oct. 21, 2026

‍Reset Health and Super Protocol today announced a new Confidential AI capability for Reset AI within Reset Health’s clinician-led digital care platform for cardiometabolic conditions, including obesity and type 2 diabetes.

The collaboration addresses a central opportunity in medicine: using each patient’s progress to make care more personalised. Super Protocol enables Reset AI to analyse sensitive treatment data on externally hosted NVIDIA Blackwell systems, keeping patient data protected during processing and inaccessible to infrastructure providers and their administrators. This capability enables Reset AI to turn treatment data into clear clinical summaries, allowing care teams to personalise care based on each patient’s progress.

Turning patient progress into more personalised care with AI

In cardiometabolic care, including obesity and type 2 diabetes treated with GLP-1 medications, treatment success depends on more than the prescription. Side effects, medication adherence, nutrition, daily habits and metabolic response all affect outcomes. Bringing these signals together helps care teams assess progress and tailor support to each patient’s needs.

Reset’s platform captures these signals through personalised care plans, ongoing monitoring and patient communications. Through Averly Health, its joint venture with Pharmacy2U, the UK’s largest digital pharmacy, Reset is extending this care model through an integrated service designed for national scale, combining clinical care, prescribing, dispensing and long-term outcomes monitoring. This creates a foundation for therapeutic optimisation as a new healthcare vertical: using patient outcomes to personalise treatment, improve the effectiveness of medicines and help health systems use resources more efficiently.

The validated workflow enables Reset AI to bring measurements, reported side effects, medication adherence and patient communications together into a clear summary of each patient’s treatment progress. For example, it can highlight weight changes alongside reported nausea or missed doses, helping care teams identify questions for follow-up, while clinical decisions remain with the care team. Super Protocol protects the information throughout AI processing, keeping it inaccessible to infrastructure operators.

“Our opportunity is to use AI to turn treatment data collected through Reset’s platform into more personalised care,” said David Wong, Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Reset Health. “Super Protocol enables us to analyse treatment data on external GPU systems while keeping it protected from infrastructure operators, without building confidential computing infrastructure in-house. Our AI team can therefore focus on helping care teams review treatment progress and developing therapeutic optimisation: identifying which combinations of medication and support work best for different patients.” ‍

Making confidential computing practical for healthcare AI teams ‍

To analyse patient information on external GPU infrastructure, healthcare organisations need to protect it while the AI processes it – not only while it is stored or transferred. NVIDIA Confidential Computing protects data and AI workloads during execution, while compatible CPU confidential computing technologies, such as Intel TDX and AMD SEV-SNP, protect the application environment. Putting these hardware capabilities into practice requires a dedicated confidential computing software layer to deploy applications, verify their execution environments and control when sensitive data can be released. ‍

“NVIDIA Confidential Computing provides hardware-backed protection for sensitive data during processing. Super Swarm turns these capabilities into a complete, verifiable execution environment, and our Confidential AI layer makes it practical for organisations to use,” said Nukri Basharuli, Founder and CEO of Super Protocol. “Reset can focus on clinical AI while Super handles confidential deployment, verification and controlled data release. For healthcare, this means building new AI applications on a reusable confidential foundation without rebuilding the security stack each time.”

“As the UK builds out its sovereign AI capabilities, healthcare and other regulated sectors need practical ways to apply advanced AI to sensitive data,” said Anthony Hills, Regional Sales Leader for NVIDIA in the UK & Ireland. “NVIDIA Confidential Computing provides hardware-backed protection for data during processing. Super Protocol provides the complete, ready-to-use software stack for verifiable execution, with a Confidential AI layer that simplifies adoption. Reset Health demonstrates how a healthcare organisation can use AI on external NVIDIA GPUs while keeping treatment data inaccessible to infrastructure providers and retaining control over how it is used.”

For Reset, this separates clinical AI development from confidential infrastructure engineering. Its team can choose an approved AI application and deploy it into a verified environment, with Super’s software handling the confidential deployment, verification and data-release mechanisms.

In the validated AI workflow:

  • ‍Super Swarm verifies the environment and application before releasing treatment data, using cryptographic evidence to confirm hardware protection and the approved software version. ‍
  • The approved AI application processes treatment data inside the protected CPU/GPU environment, keeping it inaccessible to infrastructure providers and privileged administrators. ‍
  • Reset can independently inspect the verification evidence, rather than rely solely on the infrastructure operator’s assurances. ‍
  • Results return securely to Reset, which controls permitted data use and access to summaries.

If the deployed application changes, its cryptographic fingerprint changes. A version that no longer matches the approval cannot receive treatment data under that policy. ‍

Protection that can be reused across applications and infrastructure ‍

The workflow was validated across NVIDIA HGX B200 and NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition systems, showing how the same Confidential AI approach can support different performance and deployment requirements without changing the protection framework.

Reset can choose where its AI runs without relying on the infrastructure operator’s assurances to verify protection. Super’s software supports cloud, private and bare-metal deployments on Confidential Computing-capable systems, including UK-based infrastructure. Reset can add applications, expand capacity and update data-access policies without rebuilding the confidential setup – retaining control over which software can use treatment data and choosing providers and compute capacity to suit each workload. ‍

For healthcare AI teams, this opens access to advanced AI on sensitive treatment data without surrendering control of that data or being tied to a single infrastructure provider.
