Licensing & IP

The foundational IP for Therapeutic Optimisation.

Reset Health holds patents covering he methods for detecting change in a patient’s condition and determining the appropriate clinical response. We license that intellectual property to organisations building Therapeutic Optimisation into their own products, services and programmes.

The Portfolio

Protected before the market existed

We filed our first patent in 2021 - before GLP-1 therapies made the need clear to the market. The portfolio has grown alongside the clinical evidence behind it.

US Patent No. 12,770,733 B2 covers the technology for classifying patients, monitoring change in a patient's condition, and using intelligence to determine and continuously evolve the treatment response — the technological foundation for AI-enabled Therapeutic Optimisation at scale.

Why a license?

If your service optimises therapy, our patented methods help you scale it.

Therapeutic Optimisation is becoming part of how medicines are delivered, by pharmaceutical companies building direct-to-patient programmes, by providers scaling specialist care, and by digital health providers supporting patients between clinical appointments.

Where a service monitors patients on a therapy, detects change in their condition and determines the clinical response, it may practise methods our patents protect. A licence provides freedom to operate in the markets where you work.

Who licenses?

Pharmaceutical companies

Patient support and direct-to-patient programmes built around a therapy, from initiation through titration to long-term persistence.

Healthcare providers and systems

Specialist pathways delivered at population scale, without a proportional increase in clinical workforce.

Pharmacies and digital health providers

Clinical optimisation alongside dispensing and prescribing.

Contract Research Organisations

Therapeutic Optimisation built into post-marketing studies and real-world evidence programmes.

Licensing options

A licence structured around what you are building

Research & Evaluation Licence

Non-exclusive. For academic, healthcare system and research partners evaluating Therapeutic Optimisation in a defined setting. Internal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial Licence

Non-exclusive. For organisations running Therapeutic Optimisation within their own products or services. Scoped by therapy area and territory. Annual licence fee, with royalty or revenue share.

Exclusive Field Licence

Exclusive , by negotiation. Exclusive rights within a defined therapy area, product or territory, with sub-licensing rights where agreed.

Want the technology as well as the IP?

The intellectual property can be licensed on its own, together with our platform, or with white-label clinical and digital infrastructure.

How licensing works

1. Introduction

Tell us what you are building, for which therapies and in which territories.

2. Scoping

We identify the relevant patents, field of use and territorial scope.

3. Terms

We agree the structure: licence fee, royalty or revenue share.

4. Onboarding

We support implementation, with access to our clinical, technical and licensing teams.

Not sure which licence you need?

Our licensing team will recommend the right pathway for your organisation.
